Lockdown 2.0

As the PM announced the next lockdown, our thoughts immediately turned to whether racing will be allowed to continue behind closed doors. We were thankful when the news came through that it is to continue.

Since my last post, The Worthy Brat was a good winner of a Juvenile bumper at Exeter. He will improve a huge amount for the run having learnt throughout the race. He jumps for fun I look forward to seeing him jump a hurdle. That brought our season tally to 5 for the season.

Bellevarde Express has her second run over hurdles at Exeter on Tuesday, she ran a bit free at Ffos Las and should come on for that run. Nick Scholfield rides for Kit & Matt James.

Orchardstown Cross runs in the Harcombe Handicap Chase, he won this race on his seasonal debut last season and subsequently struggled when upped in class. He is on a 7lb higher mark to last year but is in great form at home.
